I've good experience in managing servers as I used to be a staff in some RP servers in the past. I know exactly what to do with rule-breakers.
I've been playing MTA for a long time, for 4 years, almost 5. My English language is quite good and I'm active in-game and on forum.




How long have you been playing on Elite?
Almost a year, I guess.




What makes you stand out from the rest?
My intelligence, loyalty and my perfect decisions in ways of dealing with situations in a good matter.
My hard-working persona, my leadership skills and my in-game & forum activities.





There's a carjacking in progress, you witness it, what do you do?
I'm going to slap him and return the car to its owner, then I'll ask him to lock his car to prevent such carjacking again.






Someone is spamming, What do you do?
I'm going to warn him gently in order to stop and I'll ask him to read the server rules and make sure he follows them. If he didn't, I'll mute him for spamming.




A non-speaking English player joins the server and asks for help. How do you approach this problem?
I don't know how can I know understand if he seeks for help while he's not speaking English although, I'll try to understand his issue and help him in any way I can.
I might ask someone from his country to help him by using their own language.

I didn't share my Skype account because I'd like to keep it for the people I know. To prevent getting mass of friend requests from unknown people.

Well, my in-game name is Vladimir^, I've been playing MTA for almost 5 years. I've been playing in RP (Role-play), race, TDM (Team deathmatch) servers. I'm a RP, race, DD & DM specialist, however I found drifting is quite fun & interesting too and I'm improving my drifting skills daily on this great server.
I've been a staff in some public servers, I won't state any names to prevent advertisements. I want to join the administrative team to improve the server and make it more enjoyable for the players. What made me think of applying here is; my in-game & forum activities and I cannot find any staffs in game to punish the rule-breakers. I'm ready to be a staff and to hold responsibility of the server's stability.
